Q. How long does it take until results are felt?
A. It varies from one person to another.
Some react to the exercises faster then others and as mentioned, not all exercises
fits every person. It also depends on the length of time one does the exercises.
Usually, after several days the body starts reacting to the right exercises.

Q. How long should I do the exercises?
A. At least 30 minutes each time. The more the better!

A. No. The Ring Muscles exercises react

A. The answer should be yes. However,

A. No. The Ring Muscles exercises are done when laying in bed,
while watching TV or during work. Some exercises can be done even while driving.

Q. Is it necessary to repeat the exercises for a long period of time, or is it a one-time cure?
A. The ring Muscles exercises
become in most cases a way of life. Your body will demand it, not to mention that
your overall feeling will improve, as if the entire body is rejuvenated, again and
again. For instance, take asthma as an example: If exercises are constantly done,
even seldom, attacks have little chance to repeat. However, if such repeat, a simple
exercise will replace inhaling harming drugs and chemicals.

Q. Can I continue taking prescription drugs while doing Ring Muscles exercises?
A. Drugs loosen the muscles, preventing
them from reacting to the exercises. Consult your physician before giving up any
drugs.
